Is there a setup fee or upfront cost?
No. There are no setup fees, no design deposits, and no upfront charges. Your monthly plan covers everything from day one.
Is there a long-term contract?
Each plan has a short minimum commitment — 3 to 6 months depending on the plan. After that, it's month-to-month with no lock-in and no cancellation fees.
What if I already have a domain or website?
No problem. We can transfer management of your existing domain or migrate your current site. No extra fees for the transfer.
How long does it take to launch?
Most sites are live within 2–3 weeks of our first conversation. The timeline depends on how quickly we can gather your content and get your feedback on the design.
What counts as a "content update"?
Updating text, hours, prices, team members, photos, or any other page content. Each update request counts as one. If you need more updates than your plan includes, we can discuss a small additional fee or an upgrade.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. After your minimum commitment period, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
